I got my first contact with bakery equipment in Hamburg, Germany in 1989.
After 2 years of intensive training I moved to Cape Town, South Africa
to open my own business. I repaired and reconditioned bakery equipment.
Very soon I was allowed to do these services for the biggest supermarket
chains in the whole of Africa. At this stage I was able to use my qualifications
to design a bakery oven, spiral mixer, bread moulder and pastry sheeter.
All the machines were manufactured by my company. In January 2004 I opened
a new branch of CBE in British Columbia, Canada. I dedicate my knowledge,
experience and time to serve the Canadian bakery industry.
The work I do is my passion. |
